Xpress Kettlebell is a  40-minute High Intensity Workout  that combines entry-level Kettlebell and body weight exercises to build strength, power and blast fat while having fun . Expect to get  results in just 30-minutes with this Endurance Pumping Total Body Workout. Girls and Guys welcome.

To get started you will need a mat, and a Kettlebell 15 lb or 20 lb for the ladies and 25 lb to 35 lb  for the men.  Working out couldn't be simpler with just one piece of equipment. Train with Bernadette and get all the Motivation and Accountability you need!!
