Training with Bernadette really changed my life and altered my working out experience! I was always very athletic and going to the gym was something I simply never did. I played three sports year round, so I never worried about not getting adequate exercise. However, once I left for college, I had fewer opportunities for this same type of regular exercise. During the semesters, I worked out at the gym and ran frequently, but it was not what I was accustomed to.
I first met Bernadette while home for summer vacation from college and presented my interest at my gym in working out for a few sessions with a personal trainer. I knew I had ambitious expectations, some of which may not have been realistic, but Bernadette was immediately willing to work with me. Throughout our training sessions, I began to trust Bernadette more than I could have imagined, and we started to become great friends.
